x/100 + 2y/100 + 3z/100 = 3x/200 + 3y/200 + 3z/200.
(2y/100 - 3y/200) + (3z/100 - 3z/200) = 3x/200 - x/100.
(4y-3y)/200 + (6z - 3z)/200 = (3x - 2x)/200
y/200 + 3z/200 = x/200
Multiply both sides by 200.
y + 3z = x
