How to establish rapport with Admissions?

I've been to group session at Anderson and loved it. I met the speaker who was working with admissions, but I'm guessing that he will be gone (he's graduating this year) and didn't really get to meet any adcom folks.

I visited in April and I'm applying this fall. I live in the bay area - should I wait for them to come up to the bay or is another campus visit due?

Thanks

Dear doclkk,

I don't think you need to make another visit to campus. However, if offered the chance to interview on campus, I think you should as making the trip to campus for the interview will reflect positively on you. You should definitely take advantage of any and every opportunity to meet with a UCLA representative in your area. It is possible you might see the same person more than once and/or make a connection where you can continue the exchange via email during the admissions process.

Good luck,
Lisa
