help gpa

hi stacy

I have completed me bachelors in commerce from one of the top 5 commerce colleges in India.
In India we get our results in percentages.

In my 10th grade i scored 80%
11th grade -65%
bachelors an avg of 55%
masters 60%
what will be my gpa.

I am taking my gmat in November.For admission into universities accepting rolling admission am I too late?(I want to join in fall2007)
