I think A is the correct choice as it gives a sense of proper time flow.. the concert ended, then the audience left... and then the maestro relaxed.

what is the OA ?

A should be wrong on the ground that the activities, having been finsidhed ...and having filter out...is incorrect..

C in fact illustrates the two main cause in a compound sentence clearly indicating the time frame: The had indicating the mastero relaed because he had finsished and the audience had filter out...make sense...

The place where you got the question from has distorted the question quite largely. In the real question, the answer is C.
