do these schools fit my profile?

Thank you all in advance for your responses:

24, caucasian male (want to apply for fall 2010 admission)

Will have 2 years work experience in an environmental consulting job
-no real means of advancement or raise unfortunately; i don't supervise anyone; did survive multiple rounds of layoffs

Undergrad gpa of 3.54 from Bucknell - double major Econ/Env Studies

Expect solid recommendations, 1 from current boss and 1 from Professor

Expected gmat score of 670+ (From past tests, I'm expecting a higher verbal)
-I'm starting to get worried about the GMAT. How crucial is it to score +700 and have a quant score closely parallel to verbal???

Lots of community service
-Work experience plus volunteering all relates to my interest in environmental side of things (want to do sustainability work in future)
-I may be sea kayaking the LI sound between Long Island and Connecticut in an event to raise money for charity (do you think this would help me stand out and could potentially be discussed in essays??)

Played Club Baseball in college and was the VP, treasurer, and assistant coach throughout the years

LEED Accredited Professional (one of only 4 in my company of over 220, studied diligently for over 2.5 months)

completed a well-regarded educational fellowship - taught over two weekends at top NE biz schools on the relations between biz, society, and env

I'm targeting schools with serious commitments to sustainability in their programs (these are listed somewhat in order of preference, although that certainly may change over the coming months): Berkeley, Yale, UNC, Cornell, Columbia, Michigan, UC Davis

- Chances of admission into these schools?

- I know I need to somehow express my leadership and communication skills, probably as well as quantitative skills, on my applications. Thoughts on how to go about this?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

I don't mean to be rushing anyone by any means, I just see that others posting after myself have already received responses. I will gladly post more information, just not sure what I need...
