In Newtonian Laws of Motion, there is a condition and it's converse regarding bodies at rest and bodies in motion.

a] Same as above
b] there is a condition and its converse regarding bodies at rest and bodies in motion.
c] there are a condition and its converse regarding bodies at rest and bodies in motion.
d] there are a condition and it's converse regarding bodies at rest and bodies in motion.
e] there has been a condition and it's converse regarding bodies at rest and bodies in motion.

would go for B

A. "it's" is the condensed form of "it is". we need the possessive "its"

B. uses the correct possessive form "its"

C and D: SV agreement error

E. incorrect as it uses it's and "has been" as if the condition and the converse do not exist anymore.

oops, missed out something vital in thinking about it's and its.

a condition and its converse: plural as we are talking of two things, so we would need "are"

C looks best.

Its between C and D.

Please refer to MGMAT SC guide for the strategy of reversing a passive sentence to get the correct Subject-Verb agreement.

And between C and D,

it's is a contraction of it is.

Will go with C.
