How to start GMAT Preparation Again?

I gave my first attempt in February and couldn’t score well. I would like to write GMAT in couple of months. Can someone guide me how start GMAT prep again.

Verbal - From The Weakest

1. CR
2. SC
3. RC


Quantitative

1. Technique to solve the Question
* Coordinate Geometry
* Probability

The biggest weakness is SPEED

CR - Work some Logical Reasoning problems from the LSAT.
SC - Try Manhattan GMAT SC book
RC - Read well written publications such as the Wall Street Journal or Business Week.
