High Level Practice Questions?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a book with the most difficult practice questions. Any suggestions?

Also, I have the Manhattan GMAT series. Anyone have any idea how effective these are in preparing one for the questions that a 750+ scorer might see on the actual test?
