I just did my real GMAT last week and scored well below ANY practice exam I did (Manhattan, Kaplan, GMAC)
. I know it was largely my nerves, but I need advice on a strategy for my next attempt.
I did relatively decent on my quant, but BOMBED my verbal. I've reviewed my answers of right/wrong answers, re-read Manhattan verbal books, and still don't feel i have a good grasp on how to attack these questions. I still don't feel like I see the 'patterns.'
Does somebody have any alternative advice on studying strategies for verbal?
I'm also debating whether I should get a private tutor, thoughts?
