n and s

if n and s are each 2 digit positive integers. Is n greated then S?

1. The units digit of n is greater than the units digit of s

2. the tens digit of n is greater than the tens digit of S

Answer is B

34 and 41 - No, 66 and 64 - Yes --- Insufficient

2. the tens digit of n is greater than the tens digit of S
78 and 63 - yes , 44 and 31 - yes ---- Sufficient
