demographic study

by success1111 » Wed May 13, 2009 8:51 am
In a demographic study, the population and total income of a certain region were estimated fromother data, and both estimates had lower and upper limits. At the time of the estimates, was the per capita income for the region greater than $16,500?

(1) The lower limit for the estimate of the population was 330,000 people.
(2) The lower limit for the estimate of the total income was $5,500,000,000.
Trust but verify.

IMO E.

For Per Capita income to be more than minimum, i.e. 16500,

total income should be minimum, while population should be maximum.

Since no data for upper limit of population is given, we cannot evaluate the ans in my opinion.

Offcourse individually non of the condition can help evaluating the ans.

So IMO E
