I believe that the answer is C.

think of it this way,

the drug is being sold for three times the price that the other guys sells it for

It should be C.

Both A and B look unidiomatic.

There is no "as much as" or "more than".

D and E are awkard.

C is correct. WHats OA?

IMO A.

D changes the meaning. "as" rightly introduces a clause & also conveys the meaning of the sentence correctly.
