Short Amount of Prep Time

I am about to graduate with a bachelors in accounting, and just recently decided I want to get my masters. The deadline for the graduate school where I want to attend is June 1st, and I am taking the GMAT on May 14th. I have not started reviewing for the test, or taken any practice tests, though I do know the format, but my question is what would you guys suggest as a crash course in studying? I am a good test taker, and all I need is about a 550. I bought the kaplan study book, so should I just read through that? Thanks for any help.

Practise Data Sufficiency and Sentence Correction.

Everything else you can wing.

If you are comfortable with RC and CR then I suggest you to focus on short cuts of Math’s and SC.

Try to give few test and analyze your mistake or weak area.

I don't know about winging everything else... but I do agree that you should definitely practice data sufficiency since that type of question is unique to the GMAT.

Other than that, I'd recommend getting a general idea of how the test works (very important!), and the basics and most common rules/tricks for each section, just so that you know what to expect. Take a couple practice tests to get a feel for the timing and format. You don't have time to worry about the difficult and/or rare stuff, so again - focus on the basics and easy to mid level difficulty questions.
