For this to be true, Let's say C = 100 and W=-10
c+w = 90 >50 , Ans. NO

if C= 30 w = 21 c+w >50 ...w>0 Yes

lets consider c = 100 w = -10
w+c = 90 i.e. w+c > 50 , thus, here W < 0..
its not sufficient..
