I would say B

Stmt I

x-y = 5

x=5+y

xy = -6

(5+y)y = -6

2 different values for y therefore x+y sign changes and we get 2 different values for xy(x+y)

INSUFF

Stmt II

xy^2 = 18

(xy) ( y) = 18

We can find one value for y and one value for x therefore we get one value for xy(x+y)

SUFF
