((1/5)^m)*((1/4)^18) = 1/(2(10)^35)

(5^m)*(4)^18 = 2*(10)^35
(5^m)*(2^2)^18 = 2*(2x5)^35
(5^m)*(2^36) = 2*(2^35)*(5^35)
(5^m)*(2^36) = (2^36)*(5^35)

Comparing both sides of the equation, you will get m = 35.

Choose D.
