There are 21 numbers between 10! and 10! + 20.

Every third number is divisible by 3.

Therefore there are 21/3 = 7 numbers divisible by 3 in the range.

The question says 10! and 10!+20 inclusive

The formula for number of integers between A and B inclusive = A - B + 1

Number of integers between 10! and 10!+20 inclusive
= 10! + 20 - 10! + 1
= 21 integers.
