f(-2) = f(4) = f(16) = ...

Therefore f(16) - f(-2) = 0 Answer B.

A. satisfied only if f(2) = 1

C. f(-2) = f(4) therefore f(-2) + f(4) = 2*f(4) = 0 only when f(4) = 0

D. f(3) = 3*f(3) -> 2*f(3) = 0 only if f(3) = 0
