Hi mousymouse,
Thanks for your interest in the Knewton program. To answer your question about price, we're happy to let you know about our March Madness special that runs just a few more days (through 4/6) provides a 50% discount off the price of our GMAT class, so that's a great deal for the whole program at $695.
We've briefly looked at the MasterGMAT program, and we consider their imitation a great flattery

. I can't speak to the claims they make on their site, as it seems they are brand new to the scene and it's unclear if their program can actually be purchased yet, but I would point out that there is no discussion of actual classes. The Knewton program brings you a full live course taught live online by the best teachers around. Additionally, MasterGMAT doesn't mention anything about providing any CATs; not only does Knewton provide these important benchmarks, but ours were created by the same two guys (
Rob McKinley and Len Swanson) that created the CAT engine for ETS and ACT. So, when you consider all of that, it's not really comparing the same type of prep.
If you have particular questions about the Knewton program, I'd be happy to help you, and I invite you to try our
free trial that you can sign up for today! See you in class,
Best,
Jose
