by mer_mer » Fri Feb 27, 2009 11:19 am
Hi There,

I want to do my GMAT test around end of May or begining of June. If I apply for the 2009 scholarships, are the winners announced before the summer?

Thanks,
m&m

Hello Sir,
I am currently a pre-final year student, I will be applying for HBS 2+2 Program, so I will be appearing for my GMAT Exam this summer 2009 after my pre-final year exams.
So am I eligible for applying for this scholarship?

Essays

Hello Eric,

I have read the profiles of 2008 Scholarship winners. It would be nice if You can post their essays(although, everybody have their own stories, but just to get the idea of the way an essay is written will give me a better idea to right my own essay)

I am very new to it,may be your advice in writing the application essay can be helpful for me to write even my B-School Application.

Thanks.

Thanks gmat740 for the suggestion. Unfortunately we can't post previous essay responses because many of these winners have used these prompts as material for their actual MBA application essays. Thus, in order to protect their own privacy and ideas, we can't publish.

There are a lot of great resources to help you write your own essays. My favorite is Richard Montauk's How to get into the Top MBA Programs
