St 1 gives us only the sum of the term. Nothing more we can do with it
St 2 give us only average

Together avg=sum/number

we have two of these and need to find the number of term which we can as 3124 / 4 = 781

C

from 1st stmt we know the sum of of numbers,
from 2ns stmt we know the avg

using both we know the value of n hence C

And I envy all you engineers and mathematicians who easily get 48+ in Q without trying too hard... I would be pleased with a 47, but a 45-46 is ok too! :D
