You did not mention your GPA however the profile you submitted is quite strong. Your GMAT score, work experience, international exposure and clear goals should provide the foundation for a great application. Make sure you mention any extracurricular activities and/or special interests in your application/interviews. And definitely continue to plan on submitting your app in R1.
