GMAT Score:710

710 Q44, V44

I have been following the posts here and wanted to thank all the regular posters for the advice - it was very helpful.

I had a quick question. Obviously I am happy with my 710, but feel a bit negative about how lopsided my scores were. My verbal score was in the 97th percentile, while my quant was only in the 70th percentile. Of the top20 MBA schools, would of any of them reject me the basis of my low quant score.

Cheers,

Bob

I'm in a similar boat. The consensus seems to be that your academic background will help adcoms determine if your Q score is a fluke or a symptom of a larger issue.

Did you take the test recently? I found Friday 2/27's quant section to be much more ambiguous than practice tests I've taken.
Practice Tests 720, 720, 680 750, 770, 750

Real GMAT 1 - 730 (Q46, V45, AWA 6.0)
Real GMAT 2 - 750 (Q45, V48, AWA 6.0)
