factorization of 728 into prime factors gives: 2^3*7*13

stmnt 1: p^3*s^3*t^3=(p*s*t)^3
from above we get (p*s*t)^3=(2*7*13)^3 sufficient


stmnt 2: no information about p or s. not sufficient

i). Not Sufficient since we have 3 variables
ii). Not Sufficient since we dont know the value of P and S

But when you take them together, i.e. t=13 and put it in (i) we get an eqn.

p^3=728/13s

Now we can substitute these values of t and p^3 in the original statement (p^3)(s^3)(t^3), to get the value of s^3 and since we know s^3 and t^3 we can find the value of p^3 and hence can solve the eqn..

Now need not solve the eqn. but you can come to a conclusion that Both i and ii are together sufficient to solve the problem!!!
