I'm getting (A)
median =130 K
mean = 150 K
There are 15 hours so price of 8th house must be 130 K
Now total sale price of 15 hours are 15 * 150 K = 2250 K
The max price of first 8 hours are 8*130K = 1040K
so the sum of last 7 hours = 1210 K
so if you select prices > 130 K but less than 165 K, one house must be > 165 K
rest of the two statements may or may not be true.
