Dear iamcste,

I empathize with your trying time, but I'm not sure why you would include this in your application unless you need to account for a gap in your employment. However, if you took a leave of absence from your employer and then returned to that employer, that is not a gap. I don't think you need to divulge the difficult time you had unless it is your example for an essay question.
