My GMAT score not going above 550

Hi there... I have taken lot of MOCK GMAT tests.

The below are the results.
Kaplan - 520 540 550 600 560 I have taken 11 Kaplan GMATs
GMAC - 560 & 540
Manhattan - 600
CRACK GMAT - 625
PEARSONS - 53%

I have solved almost 7000 questions in total & even review all answers. I have improved quant.. I answer somewhere between 22 - 28 questions in quant & 20-24 questions in verbal...

Please help me as i have only 2 weeks for the exam..
i have got the Kaplan comprehensive program for preparation & been preparing for 3 months but no improvement in scores.. please help...
Wat may be my actual gmat score based on the above statistics.. I need 600 at least.. m ready to do all hardwork possible.. please guide.

Hi there,

It is difficult to advise you based just on your list of practice scores without any other context, but here is what I would tell you:

-it is definitely important to practice with numerous practice tests, so congratulations on your efforts there, but keep in mind two things-- 1) you need to make sure you are LEARNING from each CAT you take-- do you spend time reviewing each test afterwards? Do you find out what mistakes you made and why, and learn/improve on them for future tests? Do you learn from the explanations of the questions you took? That is crucial for your improvement. and 2) be sure you are doing other preparation IN ADDITION to just CATs. To develop your skill in Data Sufficiency, for example, it's great to do sets of 10-30 Data Sufficiency questions in a row to really learn and improve.

-You need to identify, if you haven't already, what exactly your strenghts and weaknesses ARE, and what is dragging you down, and, particularly if those weaknesses are very common (such as algebra for example), focus hard on improving those. I'm not sure what Kaplan option you are enrolled in, but our full length courses include a feature called Smart Reports that identifies for you what your strengths and weaknesses are and suggests assignments to complete based on them.

-be sure to focus on time managment and what to do when you are stuck, as those are crucial skills on test day.

-it would seem that a 600 would be within your reach, if you follow the steps above, keep working hard, and truly prioritize and focus on the areas that are dragging you down the most.
