in the NON-UNDERLINED part you have SUCH firms so you need to mention the firms before in the sentence

A, C and D are gone

Between B and E

Require to do X is idiomatic

Tricky question.

imo error: dangling modifier.

we need "firm" in the first clause...

anyone??
