I just realized that on the optional statement page (the literal last section of the application) of my submitted app. to Kellogg, I mistakenly used another school's name during my one sentence explanation of why i chose my recommenders. The literal LAST word of the ENTIRE application is the name of another school (Freudian slip...I had just submitted my application to that school before submitting my application to Kellogg). To what extent will this affect the way my application is perceived at Northwestern? Are my chances of admission now significantly impaired? I'm hoping that, because this essay is in no way substantive or in need of "personalization" for the school or prompt, this gaffe will not significantly affect my app, but I'm unsure.
