Discover and researched are not parallel, so get rid of A and B

E uses WHOSE APPLICATIONS HAS COME , applications is plural needs HAVE so E is gone

Between C and D, them in C does not clearly refer to anything so I would go with D

And also ..., whose changes the meaning.
