I am based in London. I wanted to find out about the MBA options in and around London. Can you please provide a list of the top 10 European Business Schools?

i m sorry to suggest u this- try google & search for 'top ten euro b schools'.
You must hv heard of LBS (london business school) its on top.
also cranfield is a good college.
some info is readily available @net. whereas some need discussion, debate & sharing experience.
may sound harsh but unfortunately urs belong to former category.

i mentioned because you asked for MBA in & around London.

if you want to go for general european school INSEAD france + spain + LSB are among top.
but then you have to be flluent in french for INSEAD and ,,,so on.
