I am bit confused on the use of subjunctive mood...
please clarify between these two sentences:
I demand that money be controlled by them. ( clearly subjunctive )
Budget for education reflects Ronnie's demand that the <<money be controlled >> or << money to be controlled >> . Is this also a subjunctive sentence
