now think: if the the fourth house in ascending order is 160k$ then median will lie beyond the range required
Insuff

Option 2

Think if the fifth house in ascending order is 1000000000000k $

then the median will again lie outside the range....

Combining 1 & 2 also does not give any insight for the reason above

120, 130, 140, 145, 1000000000000000k $ , .......
