GMAT Prep - Sweet Potato SPK004 question

My question, why is E (OA) is better than D? I can kinda understand myself, but wanted to get other ppl's opinions in.

First of all I request to not let knwo the OA well n advance

this is a bit straight forward ....

In breif plan is to grow a particualr type skp004 potato to grow which is again a sweet potato

and the potatoo is widely used across

soooo..... thats the plan

A----- Other vegetables necessary not strenten the plan -- OO Scope
b---- color and texture is not the basis of the plan the viramins it is Wrong
c--- this raise the question on the success of the plan !!! sarhter strengthin
d---- consider
e---- Consder

D- if there are other..... why on the first place.... plan was thoguht of !!

E is the OA

ques is - how plan will succeed,
in D - it has already been assumed the SKP004 will be cultivated. so comparing it with other, doesnt gurrantte plan's succrss.In addition, it can also be assume that wht if, SKP004 rich in BC but lacks other nutrients...but this came to my mind after readin E
in E - it says the current patato lacks some nutirents and SKP004 also lacks the same. So, there will be no loss of nutirents.
