Is x<=3?

(1) 6x<=24
(2) 3x+1>=12

Imo is d while i would say is b

Its an easy one (I think), I do not understand...! Is there a mistake (source: online exam gmatbarcelona.com ...)

I'm pretty sure you're right. I'd have to go with B as well.
Seems pretty straightforward, unless I'm missing something.
