If 2 < n < 3, is the hundredths digit of the decimal fraction part of n equal to 9?
(1) n + 0.001 > 3
(2) n + 0.0001 < 3

I would go with A) Whats the official answer?

If ud add any decimal with 1 under the tenths,hundreths or thousandths digit then it would make it 3 or greater than 3 which is not possible since so the hundredths digit is equal to 9
