700 score. Big Question

I just scored a 700 (Q:44 -70%, V:42 -95%).

I am fairly happy with the score, I wish I did better on the math though. I am considering going for a PhD program, is a 700 adequate for a PhD program and is my low math section (70%) going to hold me back?

Whatever your verbal score is impressive. I wish I could score like you. Sorry, I have no idea about the Phd cutoffs.
