48Q blockade

by tzurohad » Mon Dec 08, 2008 7:20 pm
Hey All,

It's been two months already since I started to practice seriously, I'm improving yet not enough.... Two major issues:

1. I hit 48Q 3 times in a row... why can't I get that damn 49Q???? :x

2. I'm not a native english speaker, hence, not expecting to get 40V but I'm stuck on 32V, 31V... I need at least 36V.

any suggestions?

thanks

Pick up a Pulitzer prize winner and read it page to page. Have a dictionary by your side.

analyze your mistakes will be good...that is missing too much in the first 10 q? some particular weak areas?
Doing such things is more efficient than practising blindly.

Mine is a strange case, I have never got above 45 in GMATprep but in the real thing I got 49 in quant...

For verbal, I screwed it so I can't offer much insight. gd luck~
