NYU doesn't receive my toefl official score - Need Help

Hi,
I received an email from NYU STERN telling me that they haven't received my toefl official score. I sent to the admissions office an email attaching a picture of my ETS account where states that the score was send on 11/17. But the NYU Admission office answered me that my score report was unofficial.
I sent an email to ETS asking this issue but they haven't answered yet. I don't know what else can I do? NYU told me that they will not release any official decision until they have the official score, therefore I am quite worried.

You need to follow up with ETS again to determine when the official score report was sent. Check to make sure it was sent to the MBA admissions office and not the graduate admissions office or another admissions office at NYU. In the meantime, you might want to order another score report to ensure one arrives quickly. Schools usually receive the TOEFL reports within 10-14 days.
