I need help with this one too....

Which of the following is equivalent to 2x+4/2x^2+8x+4 for all values of x for which both expressions are defined?
(A) 1/2x^2+6
(B) 1/9x+2
(C) 2/x+6
(D) 1/x+4
(E) 1/x+2
