Let x be the larger number y be the smaller number

Given Question stem: 1/4x>5y or x>20y

Is y<4

Stmt I
x larger than 70

x=120 y=5
x>20y

Y<4 NO

x=120 y=3

X>20Y

Y<4 YES

insuff

Stmt II
x less than 80

Take x as 80
x>20y
If we take y=4 x is not greater than 20y

Any x less than 80 y has to be less than 4
