Hi All,
Yesterday I took my GMAT test but didnt get the score what I was expecting. .
I got 650 in real GMAT yesterday. Quant was good verbal section totally screwed me.
I was consistently scoring between 660 and 750 in practice tests but the real GMAT score frustrated me totally. I got 650 in real GMAT test where as I was expecting 700+.
To get admission in the school i need to score 700 or more. The deadline to apply for that school is mid Feb so I have more than one month of preparation for GMAT(as I can retake GMAT till January 2009).

I am going to retake GMAT again on January 12 2009(47 days remaining including today)

My target score is 730.

I will be focusing 80% of my entire study on verbal and 20% on verbal.

I am going to post my daily progress(lessons learnt and my improvement) in this post till my exam.

Any suggestions are hearty welcomed.

Same problem i faced, I was consistently scroing 700+ in my practice GMAT exam and in real GMAT I scored 670 and screwed the test mainly verbal.

I am also planning to retake the test may be this month, however, i will concentrate more on giving practice test.

Hi Mudit,

For me also verbal was tough in real GMAT.
The first RC which I got was too difficult and it went totally above my head.

Rt I am working on RC and DS .
