This question tests our ability of grammatical construction (subjunctive mood) and diction (usage of between versus among)

Subjunctive mood is used to make a suggestion, demand, recommendation etc , 'believe' does not come under same so that + be structure is not required here. Similarly when selecting out of 2 elements, between is used and for more than 2 choices, among is used

Option-A : Subjunctive mood structure is not required, further use of among is incorrect
Option-B : Subjunctive mood structure is not required
Option-C : Correct
Option-D : Meaning change because of passive voice "lessons were designed"
Option-E : Incorrect usage of between
