GMAT Prep practice test result evalution

Hi all,
I got 700 (48Q, 36V) in GMAT Prep (older version) practice test today and the number of errors were 13Q & 9V.
I'm confused by this score because Q score is higher even though mistakes are more. Please help me understand this result. Is GMAT Perp software is computer adaptive i.e I got harder question in quant or this is just a pattern.
