The first para is comparing for-profiting hospitals to non profiting hospitals.
The second para is talking only about non profiting hospitals.
Option A : This is correct because the second para is just pffering 2 views about non profiting hospitals.
Option B: : Second para does not talk about additional benefits oh either type of hospital.
Option C Sertainly second para is not describing any solution
Option D The second para does not provide any additional contrast to two tyoes of hospitals . It rather provides contrasting view about a single tupe of hospital
Option E this is totally irrelevant
