if a/3=b/4 is a less than b?
1.b>=4
2.b<=5


a/3=b/4 --> a=3(b)/4

Qn : is a<b ----> i.e Is 3b/4<b or 3b<4b ?

From (i) b is Positive and greater than 4... Sufficient to answer the above Qn... SUFF

From (ii) b is both Positive and Negative.... It is True and False for few cases... i.e TRUE for a=1 and False for a=-1... INSUFF.
