Hi guys, I took the gmat arround 1 month ago and scored a 40 un quantitive,
Im looking to get arround a 48 next time arround, can anyone recomend me any strategies in order to improve my score?

Here is what I did/Study for the first time.

I did arround 70% of the problems in the OG12, I didnt time myself when doing them... ( mistake) I purchased the MGMAT number properties book ( completed about 60 %) I purchased also the words traslation book I havent strated it and I also have the green quantitive review book from OG. I did about 30% of the problems in that book. I didnt really have a strategy in math... just drive into the problem... I know know that you should take arround 10 sec to think of the faster way to approach and so on... I am terrible in work problems there is something that freaks me out there... ( I didnt get any work problem on the actual gmat, but I know that next time I probably will)

What can I do? what should I follow .. read etc...??

regards

Use Nova, if you have one. The concepts there are well explained. Practice a lot.No substitute for it. Google 'GMAT Math questions' and you will reach a lot of online practice questions. Good luck!!!

Complete both the MGMAT books. They'll help you a lot. Don't skip on the exercises at the end and do the corresponding OG12 problems. Practice and try to understand why you did it wrong. Once the problems become your second nature, you should not have any problems attacking them the next time around.
