X/Y is not integer, can you re-write this as "X is not equal to integer * Y?"
Just saw an exp. to a question that uses this. My questions are:
1) I guess you can but is it wise? The logic seems less natural. Is it better to just say X = non-int * Y? Is there a difference?
2) Can you do standard math operations on NOT EQUAL SIGN?
