I would go for B.

"claims that" or "claims to be" is the idiomatic construction. claims followed by "is" is illogical and unidiomatic.
A sounds wordy and awkward compared to B.

don't u think in B which is reffering to world and thus changing the meaning of the s/c

IMO A is fine

(reference of "which" is debatable!!,reference of" weighing is also debatable)

Doesn't mention the reference or comparison of "as long as".Pronoun is also missing
