StopWatch at the GMAT !!

by ani781 » Mon Jun 24, 2013 2:12 pm
GMATers...
This might sound very naive ... but are students allowed to enter the GMAT test centre with a stopwatch.. ? I take help of an app, which beeps after every two mins and is customizable per section ; this helps me immensely while giving a 'timed' mock test. Can someone suggest something similar for the main exam ?

Guidance is appreciated in advance.

No stopwatches allowed - sorry. There is a clock on your monitor that counts down to zero as you complete each section. You'll have to work with that. I suggest that you use a Milestone Chart to stay on track. This is covered in our free GMAT time management video at https://www.gmatprepnow.com/module/gener ... es?id=1244

By the way, here are test center regulations: https://www.mba.com/the-gmat/test-day/wh ... enter.aspx

Wait . . . no firearms either?!?!

Cheers,
